BioI am a healer and teacher, focused on Reiki, shamanic work and sound healing. I am dedicated to working with energy to help others (and myself!) along the healing journey, and committed to personal development and growth. We can change our lives - be it health, wealth, circumstances, anything - by focusing our intent on a positive outcome. This can be done simply, by changing what we think and say about ourselves and using positive affirmations. Or changing what we eat, how we breathe, taking care of our physical bodies. Meditation can change the way we see ourselves and our experience of life. For those who prefer more ritual, we can keep an altar or shrine, practice magick to promote change, use symbols and chants that open the doors of consciousness to energies which can then be harnessed as creative forces. This blog documents my thoughts, experiments and experiences working with techniques that can improve our health and our happiness.
